Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we typically take 1 to 5 working days to process it.

Most orders placed during the week are processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After processing, delivery takes approximately 8 to 12 working days, depending on your location.

While we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand or customs procedures.

How to Place an Order

  1. Visit the product page and click “Add to Cart”.
  2. Review your selections, then proceed by clicking “Checkout”.
  3. Enter your accurate shipping details on the information page.
  4. Confirm your shipping address and click “Continue to Shipping” — note that all deliveries are free.
  5. Choose your preferred payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro)
    • PayPal
    • EPS
    • Sofort (Immediate transfer)
  6. Click “Complete Order” and follow the instructions from your selected payment provider.

All payment methods are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a safe checkout process.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

No minimum order value is required.

You will never be charged for standard shipping by us.

Delivery & Customs

All products are shipped directly from our supplier. To ensure accessible pricing, we consolidate shipments and send them in batches once a certain volume is reached.

Please note:

  • Deliveries are dispatched from outside the EU.
  • Customers are responsible for any import VAT and/or customs clearance fees imposed by local authorities or couriers.
  • Cordilheira Outerwear does not charge VAT at checkout for international orders.
