PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS ARE NOT FREE — RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned in its original condition, with all components and packaging intact.
  • The product shows only normal handling; damage due to misuse or careless handling is not eligible.
  • For hygiene-related products, the item must be cleaned thoroughly before returning.
  • If the product arrived damaged or defective, notify us immediately with supporting photos.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days upon receipt. If the item meets all return conditions, we will issue an official acknowledgment of the return.

Note: We reserve the right to reject returns if we determine that an item was used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without meeting the conditions above.

How do I return my order?

If your order qualifies for return under the conditions above, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@cordilheirouterwear.com with the following details:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • A photo of the item, in case of damage
    • Your full name
    • Your address
  2. Once we receive your request, we will provide the correct return address. Do not return your item to the sender's address. The correct return location will be shared upon request.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer (non-commercial buyer), you have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following terms:

Cancellation Conditions

Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders are processed and dispatched immediately after purchase. For this reason, cancellations cannot be made once an order is in transit.

If you wish to cancel, wait for the product to arrive, and then initiate a return as outlined above.

To notify us of your withdrawal, please email a clear request to contact@cordilheirouterwear.com. Your right of withdrawal becomes effective upon our receipt of the returned goods.

If you wish to cancel while your item is in transit, please inform us and provide proof of shipping once the return has been initiated.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel your order and return the product, we will refund the amount you paid, excluding shipping charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned item and your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for your original purchase, unless agreed otherwise. No additional charges will be incurred for processing the refund.

Important:
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any customs or import fees that may apply.
